Points to consider:

 

Once all Competitors have registered and draws been finalised we shall post the online schedule through www.kihapp.com, 2 weeks prior to the event.

This allows for coaches to contact us to rectify any errors or unsuitable matches

​

Any unsuccessful entries that we cannot match will be refunded, direct to method used to pay to enter.

 

Once all provisional draws are completed the schedule will be published to allow all attendees to plan their arrival times accordingly.

 

All draws remain provisional until all competitors have weighed in, once weigh in complete the draws will be updated. 

 

This Schedule updates as categories progress or are delayed. The online schedule is a rough guideline and will change in line with how the event is progressing.

EVERY EFFORT WILL BE MADE TO KEEP YOU UP TO DATE WHEN AND WHICH AREA YOU WILL BE COMPETING IN

As this is a World Class Championships and not a National Championships consideration must be given to the time it will take to run such an event.

​

The Championships will run from 8am to 8pm each day of the championships. This will only be possible if a significant number of competitors take advantage of the optional day before weigh in.

​

WKO Registration, Matching & Refund Policy

 

Weight Changes

If you weigh more than your registered weight, please notify us before the event so we can update your entry.

​

Categories & Fighter Matching

All competitors are provisionally placed into divisions based on their registered age and weight.

 

We DO NOT merge categories. Where competitors cannot be directly matched, we may create new divisions within the permitted age and weight allowances to ensure fair competition.

If we cannot find a suitable match, we will offer you the following options:

• A full refund.

• A change of ruleset where a suitable match is available.

• Moving to another age or weight division, where permitted and with your coach's consent.

 

Weigh-In & Final Checks

All divisions remain provisional until competitors have:

• Completed their official weigh-in.

• Passed their licence checks.

• Passed a medical examination, where required.

 

Changes may be necessary following these checks. Although some circumstances are outside our control, we will do our best to accommodate competitors and provide fair matches.

 

Unmatched Competitors & Refunds

We aim to match as many competitors as possible. Anyone we cannot match will be notified and offered a full refund.

PayPal refunds are generally processed faster than card refunds. Refund processing times depend on your payment provider and are outside our control, but we will issue refunds as quickly as possible.

Competitor Consent & Digital Agreement

By registering, completing the online entry process and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the WKO event rules, terms and conditions.

​

Your registration acts as your electronic agreement and confirmation of consent, whether you are the competitor or their authorised parent, guardian or coach.

You acknowledge the risks associated with combat sports and agree to the event's liability waiver and indemnity provisions, to the extent permitted by law.

​

This agreement applies to you and, where legally applicable, your heirs, representatives and next of kin.
